30-day full refund policy
We stand behind every jar we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date you receive your product to request a full refund. Refunds cannot be issued after the 30-day window has passed.
How to request a refund
- Contact us with the subject line Order Refund.
- Include your order number from your order confirmation email.
- Attach a photo of your product or order confirmation if possible. This is optional.
